Mondays at 5PM | Tuesdays + Thursdays at 7 AM

Each 60-minute class blends functional movement, hypertrophy, and mobility for the kind of strength that feels good and holds up in real life.

WEEKLY STRUCTURE

MONDAY (Full Body Flow) – Integrated strength, mobility, and power to start the week grounded and strong

TUESDAY (Anterior Focus) – Chest, core, quads, shoulders — think pushing, bracing, and balance

THURSDAY (Posterior Focus) – Glutes, spine, hamstrings, back — for that posterior chain power and postural support
