ONLINE COACHING

This is my long-term 100% Online coaching pathway for clients who want more than workouts — they want a complete reset, intelligent progression, and lasting results.

Training follows a two-phase system designed to rebuild your body first, then elevate your performance.

PHASE 1: FOUNDATIONS (REQUIRED)

Foundations is where every client begins. This phase is focused on restoring movement quality, reducing chronic tension, and rebuilding strength in a way your nervous system can actually sustain.

You’ll work on:

  • Reconnecting to body awareness and control

  • Releasing long held tension patterns

  • Restoring healthy movement and joint function

  • Learning regulation tools so training supports your life, not drains it

This phase is required for all clients.
Before we build performance, we rebuild the system that supports it.

PHASE 2: ASCENSION

(INVITE-ONLY)

Once your body shows readiness, you may be invited into Ascension — my highest level coaching container for clients ready to train, live, and perform at a higher standard.

In this phase, we focus on:

  • Advancing to performance level strength and conditioning

  • Expanding nervous system capacity under stress

  • Aligning training, recovery, and lifestyle demands

  • Optimizing mobility, nutrition, and mindset
